برنامه ای بسیار جالب و کامل در زمینه فیلتر کردن تماس ها٬ منشی تلفنی (پیامگیر)٬ ضبط مکالمات و... برای گوشی های OS7 و OS8
مدتها قبل این برنامه رو گذاشته بودم ولی چون لینک قبلی مشکل پیدا کرده٬ به درخواست یکی از دوستان مجددا در اینجا گذاشتم.

همونطور که میدونید، خیلی وقته که سایت Symbian Signed بسته شده و دیگه نمیشه از اونجا فایل Cer گرفت و این مسئله باعث شده بود که تعداد زیادی از دوستان که گوشی های سری OS9.1 یا OS9.2 دارن، نتونن از برنامه های جدید استفاده کنن. ولی حالا این مژده رو بهشون میدم که از طریق سایت دیگه ای هم می تونن اقدام به ساخت فایل CER کنند!  راهنمای تصویری نحوه عضویت، درخواست و دریافت فایل Cer از سایت OPDA رو در پایین براتون میذارم ولی قبل از اون چند مزیت فایل های CER که توسط این سایت درست میشه رو براتون میگم:
1) فایل CER که توسط این سایت ساخته میشه تا سال 2011 اعتبار داره (فایل CER سایت SymbianSigned فقط برای 6 ماه اعتبار داشت)
2) در اینجا شما کافیه که فقط کد IMEI گوشیتون رو بدید تا براتون فایل Cer درست بشه و احتیاجی نیست که ابتدا خودتون فایل CSR رو درست کنید و اونو آپلود کنید تا فایل Cer بهتون داده بشه.
3) در اینجا شما می تونید کد IMEI خودتون رو به همراه کد دوستان و بستگان رو با هم بدید (هر کدوم در یک پست جداگانه! نه اینکه همه رو در یک پست بنویسید) و در ازای اون 1 فایل CER می گیرید که با اون فایل می تونید برای همه اون گوشی ها، برنامه ها رو Sign کنید. چون این سایت تقریبا برای هر 1000 کد IMEI ، یک فایل Cer درست می کنه که برای همه اون 1000 گوشی اعتبار داره.
4) بعضی از برنامه ها با فایل CER سایت Symbian Signed هم نمی تونند Sign بشن ولی با فایل CER سایت OPDA تقریبا همه برنامه ها Sign میشن.

ثبت نام در سایت OPDA:
ابتدا به این آدرس برید: http://www.opda.net.cn/forumdisplay.php?fid=11&page=1
کلیه نوشته های این سایت به زبان چینی هست ولی با دیدن اون، دست و پاتون و گم نکنید! به محض باز شده صفحه، از منوی بالای صفحه روی English View  کلیک کنید. (شکل زیر)

بعد از اینکه صفحه جدید باز شد، مجددا از منوی بالای صفحه روی Register کلیک کنید تا صفحه ثبت نام بشه.
در اینجا به موارد خواسته شده مثل User Name و PassWord و Email Address و... جواب بدید و یکی از سوال های Security اون رو هم انتخاب کنید و به اون هم جواب بدید و سپس جواب های داده شده رو تایید کنید. (یک سوال ریاضی ساده هم مثل 4+1 ازتون پرسیده میشه که باید به اونهم جواب بدید)

درخواست فایل CER:
پس از Login شدن، به آدرس http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&pid=619550&page=2315&extra=page%3D1#pid619550
برید و صبر کنید تا صفحه بطور کامل باز بشه. به انتهای صفحه برید، در اینجا باید محلی برای ارسال پیام وجود داشته باشه، درست مثل شکل زیر:

در اینجا شما باید به ترتیب مدل گوشی، کد IMEI گوشی و تاریخ روز جاری را وارد کنید. مثل شکل زیر:

بعد از نوشتن اطلاعات فوق، روی کلید زرد رنگ کلیک کنید تا اطلاعات وارد شده، ارسال بشه. بعد از اینکه صفحه جدید باز شد و پیام ارسالی خودتون رو دیدید، شماره قرمز رنگی که در سمت راست و بالای پیام شما ظاهر میشه (شکل زیر) رو یادداشت کنید.

اگر می خواهید برای چندین گوشی فایل CER بگیرید، مجددا به شکلی که در بالا گفته شد، اطلاعات گوشی ها رو به تفکیک وارد کرده و شماره هر پیام رو یادداشت کنید.
نکته مهم: سایت OPDA در صورتی به شما اجازه دانلود کردن فایل (برنامه، متن، Cer و...) رو میده که حداقل 5 پیام در این سایت گذاشته باشید. بنابراین بعد از وارد کردن درخواست، به بخش های دیگه این سایت برید و حداقل 5 پیام دیگه در بخش های دیگه سایت بذارید. احتیاجی نداره که حتما چیز خاصی بنویسید همون یک تشکر کوچولو هم بنویسید قابل قبوله...

دریافت فایل CER:
به علت استقبال بسیار زیادی که از این سایت شده، زمان تحویل فایل CER کمی طولانیه، مثلا فایل CER خودم بعد از 5 روز حاضر شد (البته برای بعضی ها هم 2 روزه آماده شده!) برای اینکه ببینید آیا فایل Cer شما آماده شده یا نه به همون آدرسی که در اون درخواستتون رو وارد کردید، برید (آدرس http://www.opda.net.cn/viewthread.php?tid=26592&pid=619550&page=2315&extra=page%3D1#pid619550) در اینجا شماره صفحه جاری در بالای صفحه ظاهر میشه که با استفاده از همون بخش به صفحه اول (1) این آدرس برید. در اینجا کمی پایین رفته و تا به بخشی مثل شکل زیر برسید:

همونجور که می بینید، با خطی که به رنگ سیاه هست، تاریخ روز جاری و سپس دو شماره (که همون شماره پست های ارسالی هستند) رو می بینید. اگه شماره درخواست شما در فاصله بین شماره های داده شده بود، روی نوشته قرمز رنگ (در زیر خط به رنگ سیاه) کلیک کنید تا صفحه فایل Cer مربوط به اون شماره های درخواست، باز بشه.
در صفحه جدید لیست کلیه IMEIهایی که در این فایل CER معتبر هستند، دیده میشه که برای اینکه مطمئن بشید تا کد IMEI شما هم در بین اونها وجود داره، کلیدهای CRTL+F رو فشار بدید تا پنجره جستجو باز بشه و در اینجا کد IMEI خودتون رو وارد کنید و کلید OK رو بزنید تا در بین اون 1000 کد (تقریبا) کد شما رو پیدا کنه. اگه کد IMEI شما در بین این کدها نبود، احتمالا شما صفحه اشتباهی رو باز کردید. در اینصورت این صفحه رو ببندید و مجددا در صفحه قبلی توجه کنید که آیا شماره درخواست شما در بین شماره های جواب داده شده قرار داره یا نه.
ولی اگه کد IMEI شما در این لیست وجود داشت، به انتهای صفحه برید و روی لینکی که در اونجا وجود داره (یک آیکون به شکل فایل های Zip شده و نام فایل با پسوند Rar رو در اونجا می بینید) کلیک کنید تا فایل مربوطه که چیزی حدود 15 کیلوبایت هست، دانلود بشه.
فایل Zip دانلود شده حاوی 3 فایل هست که یکی از اونها فایل CER دیگری فایل KEY مربوطه و سومی هم یک فایل Text حاوی کلیه کدهای IMEI معتبر این فایل CER هست. برای پسورد فایل Key هم  می تونید 0123456 و یا 000000 (6تا صفر) را وارد کنید.
نکته مهم: اگه بعد از کلیک کردن روی لینک، بجای دانلود شدن فایل، 1 صفحه جدید باز شد، یا شما هنوز 5 پست رو برای این سایت نفرستاده اید و یا مدیر سایت بعد از ارسال پنجمین پست توسط شما، یک پیام به شما داده و به شما این اجازه رو داده که شروع به دانلود کنید، اگر حالت دوم بود، روی لینک مربوطه کلیک کنید تا پیام مدیر ظاهر بشه و با زدن کلید زیر اون پیام (کلید زرد رنگ) اونو تایید کنید تا دانلود شروع بشه.

کل کاری که شما باید بکنبد همبنه...
تا جایی که از دستم برمیامد سعی کردم که کامل و با ذکر جزییات براتون توضیح بدم، امیدوارم براحتی بتونید فایل Cer خودتون رو دانلود کنید.

و اما یک درخواست...
لطفا کد IMEI خودتون رو برای من نفرستید چون اصلا وقت برای نوشتن درخواست و دانلود کردن فایل Cer رو ندارم ضمن اینکه در این سایت براحتی می تونید خودتون اینکار رو بکنید و احتیاج به هیچ تخصص و اطلاعات خاصی نداره...

• چون حجم فایل زیاد بود، اونو به 4 قسمت تقسیم کردم که شما ابتدا باید هر 4 قسمت رو دانلود کنید، سپس با استفاده از برنامه Winrar اونو باز کنید.

با استفاده از این برنامه می تونید برای زمان های مختلف، Themeهای مختلفی رو برای گوشیتون تعریف کنید. حتی برای هر Profile هم می تونید 1 Theme منحصربفرد انتخاب کنید! هیچ محدودیتی برای انتخاب زمان نمایش Theme ندارید، برای هر روز هفته، برای ساعت های مختلف از روز و... این برنامه به 2 طریق می تونه Theme رو تغییر بده یا با تعریف یک زمان خاص برای فعال شدن 1 Theme خاص و یا با تغییر Profile...

نسخه نهایی برنامه Smart Settings. برای رجیستر کردن برنامه هر کد 5 رقمی (مثل 5تا صفر) می تونید وارد کنید.
یادآوری: با نصب این برنامه می تونید کلید StandBy سمت چپ گوشیتون رو تبدیل به کلیدی شبیه کلید Start ویندوز کنید و یک کلید میانبر از برنامه های دلخواه و پرکاربردتون رو در اونجا بذارید. همچنین با نصب این برنامه می تونید برای باز کردن قفل صفحه کلید بجای کلیدهای استاندارد گوشی های نوکیا از هر کلید دلخواهی استفاده کنید.

Due to some Symbian 3rd edition limitations, there are differences between Smart Settings 2nd and 3rd edition:
1. You can no longer change the name of the start menu
2. You can no longer disable the standard unlock combination (Unlock+'*')
3. There is 4 seconds delay if the start menu is on the left side button (there is no delay for slider phones or for the right side)
